What to expect from EFCEM at HostMilano 2025
HostMilano is the global stage for innovation in the foodservice equipment industry. Every two years, manufacturers, consultants, operators and suppliers from around the world congregate at the Fiera Milano in Rho, Italy, to exchange ideas, showcase new technologies and set the agenda for the future. This year, the event takes place from October 17-21, 2025.
EFCEM, the European Federation of Catering Equipment Manufacturers, will once again play a central role at the show, bringing its national association members together for knowledge-sharing, collaboration and insight into the long-term challenges and opportunities facing our sector.
Extraordinary General Assembly and NAP Committee Meeting: Thursday October 16, 17:00pm-19:00pm, at the EFCEM Italia Offices, Via Mattelo Bandello 5, 20123 Milan
The Extraordinary General Assembly has been called to propose and vote on the appointment of a new Secretary General. This will be followed by the NAP Committee Meeting, at which market activity, working groups, website development and CSR will be reviewed. Market statistics will also be discussed, along with any other points raised by attendees.
Global Exchange Meeting: Sunday October 19, 10:30am-12:00pm, in the Fiera Milano meeting room
With this meeting we hope to establish an informal group of global partners that will set the agenda for how the catering equipment industry tackles tariffs, regulations, legislation and any other market trends – now and for years to come. Board and member representatives from NAFEM, NAFES and EFCEM will be the core attendees; we hope the FCSI will also participate.
