The European Federation of Catering Equipment Manufacturers (EFCEM) is the only pan-European trade association dedicated to representing the manufacturers and suppliers of commercial foodservice and catering equipment. Representing the interests of more than 800 companies across Europe, with a combined turnover exceeding €16bn, our voice carries weight where it matters most: in Brussels and beyond.
Membership of EFCEM is open to national trade associations representing catering equipment manufacturers and suppliers. Joining means your association – and the businesses it represents – gains access to the full breadth of EFCEM's influence, expertise and networks.

How to join
Membership of EFCEM is via national associations. Members of catering equipment associations that are part of EFCEM are automatically represented at European level through EFCEM. If your country does not yet have a national manufacturers association affiliated with EFCEM, you may be able to join via another national association – for refrigeration, service or design, for example. We encourage you to contact us directly to explore your options.
